 Individualized Tests

These tests are applied to familiarize people more closely. Mental capacity (IQ) and  emotional capacity (EQ) tests come first in individualized tests. As a result of these tests, people have to be better acquainted with their personal tendencies, interests, abilities and skills. These tests are used with the needs of expert and results are shared without harming the person by the expert.
